Common Questions

What life skills do you teach?

We focus on practical skills like cooking, budgeting, online safety, and mental health to bridge the gap between school and adulthood.

Are the classes in-person?

Yes, our classes are held in-person at various community locations to provide a hands-on, interactive environment for teens.

How do I register for a class?

You can register by clicking "Register Now" at the top right of the site or contacting us directly to find the nearest available session for your teen.

What is the age requirement?

We welcome teens aged 13 to 18 who are ready to take the next step in their personal development and community involvement.

Are there any costs?

Many of our instructors generously donate their time or provide their services at a reduced cost because they believe in supporting youth in our community. However, there are still expenses involved in running each class.

Your registration fee helps cover costs such as:

  • Website & registration

  • Insurance

  • Classroom or facility rentals

  • Supplies and materials

  • Printing and handouts

  • Refreshments (when provided)

  • Instructor expenses or honorariums (when applicable)

  • Administrative costs to organize and coordinate the program

Teen Adulting 101 is a small, community-based program—not a large organization with government funding. We do our best to keep registration fees as affordable as possible while providing high-quality, hands-on learning experiences.
